Summer makes me want to paint. Birthdays are a good excuse to do this, especially if the person whose birthday it is, is a seven year old who loves everything to do with Legend of Zelda.

I've sort of turned this into a mini brithday present for a friend :3 BUT, I did find this really good for locking down a design. There are some inconsistencies within it, but I sort of had to design her while I did this. I also found the hardest expressions the ones where there wasn't as much emotion (or I felt there wasn't). Happy and pleased I think stand out as the least expressive but others may disagree.

I love Russell Howard, and even though I've heard this joke a million times, I love how he describes himself as a 'yoghurt goblin' when he's waiting for his girlfriend with a six pack of Rolo yoghurts! Done in Photoshop, about 1 1/2 hours.

A rough head shot of some of the main characters from the book I'm 'writing'. I find it easier to draw them to get an idea of their characters and looks. I haven't thought about their costumes yet, which is why they all look rubbish (apart from Ethan who never wears a shirt).
